Options

Double-Click
Move the map location to the center of the viewing screen.

Click and Drag
Click on the map and drag the map to see other parts of the map or use the arrows in the upper left to move around.

[+] and [-]
Use to zoom in and out on the map.

[Map]
Shows the map information like a paper map.

[Satellite]
Shows the surface area with satellite photos.

[Hybrid]
Shows the surface area with satellite photos with names of street overlay.

Instructions:

  1. Double-click on the area where the research center is located. This location will be moved to the center of the map above.
  2. Click the [+] sign to zoom in. Every once in a while you will need to double-click on the location to get it back in the center of the map.
  3. As you get closer to the location, change the map option the [Hybrid] to see the buildings and streets.
  4. Once you can see the building or general location, click on the [Select Location On] button above.
  5. Click on the building or general location and a RED icon will mark the location. If you marked the wrong location, click on the red icon and it will disappear and click again to put the red icon back on the map. If you need to move the map or double-click again, click on the [Select Location Off] to move around again.
  6. Fill in the information below, the best you can-need the name of the research center; city; state; country, and a website if possible.
  7. Click the [Submit] button and it will send this information to be researched and add itto the list of research centers. When you click on the [Submit] button, your system is going to inform you that this form is going to be submitted via an e-mail and it will reveal your e-mail address. Click the [Okay] button. I am not here to collect e-mail addresses, just information to help others.
